Bird Model 4521 Thruline wattmeter, serial# 250, converted from a panel mount unit to a case mount, in new standard case with 4300-400 peak reading board installed. This makes it equivalent to a model 43P, at almost half the cost of a new one (we won’t tell). Excellent condition, looks like new, N connector left side UHF connector right side, slugs not included. Requires 2 standard 9V alkaline batteries for peak reading function, standard reading does not require power. Used checked
