Rugged vehicular mobile version of the R-390 series HF receiver, ser# 6980M, order# 11653-PHILA-52, mfg. Stromberg-Carlson. Frequency coverage 0.5 to 32 MHz AM-CW in 32 bands using mechanical digital tuning. Triple conversion on lower 8 bands double on others. Selective bandwidth 2, 4, or 8 KHz; has 100 KHz crystal calibrator, BFO, squelch, meter. Requires 24-28 VDC 5 amps. Front panel in very good condition, surround and case in good condition with some minor paint chips and wear spots. Has been tuned to exceed military spec, any parts not to spec replaced, will pass depot performance checklist. Used checked.
